LOWVILLE — A Glenfield teen was charged Monday morning with second-degree criminal contempt, accused of violating a protection order Nov. 15 at McDonald’s.

Kenneth J. Juby, 17, entered the restaurant where a person with an order of protection against him is employed, and remained in the building to eat, according to Lowville village police. He is to answer the charge in Village Court.
