TRESPASSING - NORFOLK - Massena-based state police charged Kathleen M. Morgan, 28, of Massena with trespassing Sunday afternoon stemming from a complaint receiced at 12:33 a.m. Nov. 13 from the town of Norfolk. Troopers said she was arested at 16 Alvern Ave., Massedna.



AGGRAVATED DWI - FORT COVINGTON - Malone-based state police charged Christine M. Tillman, 37, of Bombay with aggravated driving while intoxicated and second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle following a traffic stop at 2:17 a.m. Sunday on County Route 4 in the town of Fort Covington.



BENCH WARRANT - MASSENA - Massena-based state police picked up Joseph R. McMahon, 21, of 29 Elm St., Massena, on a bench warrant Monday morning. He allegedly violated the conditions of his release under the supervision of the probation department on a pending endangering the welfare of a child count. He was arraigned by Massena Town Justice James M. Crandall and his release under the supervision of the probation department was continued.



PROPERTY DAMAGE ACCIDENTS - CANTON - State police from around the region investigated a number of property damage accidents Sunday and early Monday morning. Among those were:

■ Robert J. Long, 58, of Ogdensburg at 12:06 a.m. Monday on state Route 11, near the Morley-Potsdam Road, in the town of Potsdam.

■ Craig M. Peets, 23, of Winthrop at 10:40 p.m. Sunday on the East Part Road, near the Buckton Road, in the town of Stockholm.

■ Glenn M. Smith, 45, of Moira at 11:30 a.m. Sunday on Route 11, near County Route 17, in the town of Moira.
