DWI - MASSENA - Michael Besaw, 22, of 25 Westwood Ave., Massena, was arrested Sunday at 3 a.m. on Parker Avenue for driving while intoxicated, criminal trespass and criminal mischief, village police said. His alleged blood alcohol level wasn’t available.

He is due in village court at a later date.
