MASSENA - Remington W. Lawrence, 64, of Toronto, was arrested Friday at 11:40 p.m. on Willow Street for driving while intoxicated and charged with two counts of failure to signal, village police reported. He was released on $375 bail and is due in court at a later date. His alleged blood alcohol level was unavailable.
