EDWARDS – Brandon R. Durham, 20, of 1012 River Road, was charged by state police with menacing, unlawful imprisonment, criminal mischief and acting in a manner injurious to a child on Tuesday.

During a fight with his ex-girlfriend Joette L. Peacock, 20, Mr. Durham allegedly held her down and kept her from calling the police. Their 20-month-old child was present during the fight.

Mr. Durham is scheduled to appear in Edwards Town Court.
