ALEXANDRIA BAY — Kasandra E. Delavergne, 19, of 79-B Church St., was arrested by village police on allegations that she choked another woman and spit on her.

She was released on $250 bail following arraignment in Village Court on charges of criminal obstruction of breath and blood circulation and second-degree harassment.

Police said the incident occurred Sunday night while she was arguing with Sally Pagan, 56, a resident of the house.
