Dale C. Groff, 37, of 148 S. Orchard St., was charged by Watertown police Friday with second-degree criminal trespass in connection with an incident early May 8.

He is due to appear in City Court to face allegations that he entered the apartment of Scott A. Casario, 548 Jefferson St., and ignored repeated orders to leave, according to police.
