Ogdensburg police were notified Friday at 12:15 p.m. that two license plates were stolen from a city Parks and Recreation Department truck.

Stacy L. Vesel, of 1292 Pray Road, Lisbon, called city police Friday at 12:10 p.m. to report that her cellular telephone had been stolen.

Ogdensburg police reported Friday at 9:59 a.m. reported an $8.90 gasoline drive-off from the Stewart’s store at 703 Ford St.

Nathan R. Epprecht, 18, of 604 Gouverneur St., Morristown, was charged Friday at 2:30 a.m. with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation. City police also ticketed him for inadequate tail lamps.
