Assemblyman Marc Butler, a Republican assemblyman of Herkimer County, is in St. Lawrence County today to feel out his constituents should he win his election in November.

Mr. Butler attended a St. Lawrence County GOP meet-and-greet in Hannawa Falls, he said.

"My primary goal was to try to meet as many committee people as I could," Mr. Butler said.

The event took place this afternoon at The Birches, a Hannawa Falls restaurant.
