Jefferson Community College pitcher Phillip Ramos has committed to play at Division II Notre Dame College in Cleveland, Ohio, for next season.

A graduate of Webster Christian High School in suburban Rochester, Ramos went 4-1 last season for the Cannoneers as a freshman and finished with a 3.41 earned run average.

His is a Criminal Justice major at JCC with a 3.0 GPA.
