Politico is reporting that the Stop Online Piracy Act's consideration is being postponed "indefinitely."
The bill, aimed at preventing online piracy, has come under fire because critics say it's overly broad and could lead to censorship. Rep. Bill Owens, D-Plattsburgh, is a sponsor of the bill. He has said he is open to changes in the way that a company can appeal being cut off from funds or clicks.
