Former Immaculate Heart Central soccer standout Emily LaLone, a sophomore at SUNY Plattsburgh, was chosen for the State University of New York Athletic Conference third all-star team.

LaLone native played in all 16 games for Plattsburgh, scoring three goals and contributing two assists from the midfield in her second season.

■ Dustin Exford has made an immediate impact on the baseball team at Northeastern Oklahoma A&M College.

The freshman out of Immaculate Heart Central hit .476 during the fall season, finishing with four home runs and 18 runs batted in. He led the team in batting average and was second in RBIs.
