The state's general fund is running at a $350 million deficit due in part to "unsettled economic conditions around the world," the state Division of Budget said in a news release today.

In addition, next year's shortfall is projected to be between $3 billion and $3.5 billion.

Gov. Andrew Cuomo is expected to appear on Susan Arbetter's Capital Pressroom at 11:30 a.m.
