State Sen. Joseph A. Griffo is holding a “virtual town hall” at 7 p.m. Tuesday.

Mr. Griffo, R-Rome, represents Lewis County and part of St. Lawrence County, an area so large it is difficult to cover in person. Residents who wish to ask Mr. Griffo questions or to watch him answer others can log on to a live stream video feed at ustream.tv/channel/joegriffo.

"There are methods for feedback and a mechanism for questions,” Mr. Griffo said in a news release. “This is a chance to participate in democracy over and above a trip to the polls.”
