Gov. Andrew Cuomo has launched a pretty nifty website that will let you peruse his daily schedule and participate in live chats with the governor.
Reporters everywhere, I'm sure, have been digging through those daily schedules. I did the same; much of it has already been reported. I don't think that I've reported a March 8 meeting that Mr. Cuomo had with bishops from around the state, including the Rev. Terry LaValley, the bishop of the Roman Catholic Diocese of Ogdensburg. It stands to reason that the topic of the meeting was part of the push for a bill legalizing gay marriage. The Legislature ended up passing the measure a few months after the March 8 meeting; Mr. LaValley and Catholic bishops around the state denounced it.
Mr. Cuomo will hold a live chat with voters this Saturday on the website.
