The Frontier League and Northern Athletic Conference combined to produce four state champions Friday during the first day of the state track and field meet at Caledonia-Mumford High School.
Massena's Courtney White was the first champion, winning the girls Division I discus. South Jefferson eighth-grader Skylar Pastor was the second as she won the Division II 400-meter run. Tupper Lake's Kyla Kenyon won the Division II 400-meter hurdles and South Jefferson's Louis Kendall won the boys Division II discus.
