Carthage seniors Thomas Grimm and Kailah Kempney were named to the 2011 Under Armour All-America lacrosse teams on Thursday.

The sixth annual Under Armour All-America Classic will take place on Saturday, July 2 at Towson University’s Johnny Unitas Stadium in Towson, Md.

Grimm, named to the boys north team as a midfielder, ranks second in the Frontier League with 106 points on 44 goals and 62 assists.

Kempney was selected to the girls north team as an attacker. She has scored 103 goals this season, 39 more than the next highest scorer. She also has 26 assists.

Both Grimm and Kempney will play for Syracuse University next season.
