Canton's Mike Sanderson was selected to the All-State University of New York Athletic Conference men's lacrosse second team this week for his performance for SUNY Brockport.

Sanderson, a four-year player and senior, started all 14 games for the Golden Eagles. He recorded 29 ground balls, the fourth most on the team, and caused a team-leading 25 turnovers.

Brockport made its first appearance in the SUNYAC postseason tournament, falling to eventual champion Cortland 13-5.
