Former Clarkson defenseman Bryan Rufenach has also entered the professional ranks and has already played in three games for the Toledo Walleye of the East Coast Hockey League.
The Walleye are an affiliated team of the Detroit Red Wings, who drafted Rufenach in the seventh round in 2007.
Rufenach signed with Toledo on March 25th and has played in three games, with one goal and one assist.
A native of Barrie, Ontario, Rufenach played in 33 games last season for Clarkson and scored four goals with seven assists. He played in 136 career games with 21 goals and 34 assists.
